"We moved to Ocala from the Tampa area a few months ago and needed to transfer to a local agent for all our insurance needs. "So the wife got run into Christmas week. Lots of delays trying to get a rental from the rental car companies. (Holiday season.) Ms Corrina reached out to see how the claim process was going. I let her know about the rental car issue. No cars and the (800) claim service was not much assistance. Ms Corrina began the search to find us a rental. I received a call from her at 8pm the day after New Years Day that she secured us a vehicle located in the Villages. This young lady worked hard to help us and earn my respect. Great job Corrina!
