"The worst insurance company ever, I just asked him to switch my mailing address. They decide to move my policy to a whole different state, and force me to change my tag and my plate, which I don’t have time to do! Will never get insurance with this company anymore!"

"If I could put zero stars I would. I signed up with state farm a year and a half ago. In the beginning my rate was not bad but come renewal time 6 months later they increased my insurance significantly. I called to ask why my insurance is going up I have only been with your company for 6 months. The answer, I was given was the state did the increase it was not them. Well, that is a complete lie the state doesn't tell you to increase your insurance prices to your clients, that is done by the corporate office. They didn't feel like their bottom line was growing enough so they increase everyone's rates. I asked for the minimum in coverage full coverage that is when I signed up with them. After the increase and I call to find out what's going on I also find out that I wasn't being charged the minimums. They increased a part of my coverage to 50,000 I believe, and the minimum was 10,000. So, I had been paying for something that I didn't ask for. so, my rate got taken back down to where it was when I started. The next renewal comes around and they have increased my rates AGAIN! So, I called and once again they said it was the state they had no control over the state once again they lied to me. I eliminated a part of my coverage to keep my bill kind of low if you can call it that anymore. my third renewal comes and guess what? They increased my rates AGAIN! So, I call again and ask why my rate went up again. Guess what I get the same answer the state did the increase we have no control over it. They managed to get my rate down by removing one discount and using another. If you are thinking about using state farm as your insurance company, you might want to think twice. they do have pleasant reps to talk to you and are very helpful in trying to solve your issue, but the bottom line is these companies are out of control when it comes to increasing their rates and then having their reps lie about it and say it's out of their control the state is the one doing the increase."

"I want to let you know Aidan is a great asset to this company. I went in irritated with my policies and how their phone systems are not customer friendly. Called 2 x needing immediate help due to purchasing a vehicle and the phone system kept putting me on hold to leave a message while sitting there at a dealership awaiting a call back with no return call. Had to call another state farm office and they were generous enough to get me thru to Scott Cameron's office. I went in to change offices back to original office. I NEVER had this occur to me in all my years with state farm until I was transferred to this particular office. (Due to my agent earning his wings. ) Arrived frustrated because my account was messed up as well. Aiden happened to be at the front desk filling in on arrival. As soon as I entered he was hi Miss Rhonda how are you today. I irritably voiced my concerns and stated I want to return my accounts back to the original office. Aiden was quick to say let's look into this and see what's going on. He took us back and reviewed everything and fixed the situation calmly and apologized for the confusion, gave me a way to contact him so if phone system wasn't working correctly again and explained all my multiple questions concerning our policies. I was ready to leave this State Farm agent until Aidan sat professionally and calmly with me and assisted me. Thank you Aidan. P.S. You offices phone system is not customer friendly. But Aidan is a gem. Thank you, Rhonda"

"Sam is a great agent and is helpful with everything Update 7/08/2024 Rebekah was very helpful with my questions on the windshield information if I needed to get a replacement and after talking with her she sent me an address to the closet place that I can go to to replace it and she checked my information about my car and saw that it was missing the anti thief on my insurance and added it for me and to dropped down my bill an extra 2 dollars so she was very helpful thank you Rebekah"

"Desiree was by far the most informative, clear, understanding, patient insurance agent Im yet to have a conversation with regarding my auto insurance. She took the time to do a deep dive into each line on on my policy and expain the coverage at lenght.. I had veryyy specific questions even grilled her at times but she rose to the occassion and gained my trust. As s result of her knowledge and better pricing i switched from my old insurance co."

"I didn't get the opportunity to step into the office, but I will leave a thoughtful experience I had during a phone call from one of the agents. An agent by the name of Samantha Strope, who just so happened to be one of the best agents I've ever had the pleasure of talking to just about a quote for car insurance. For anyone to explain the way she did was a complete breath of fresh air when talking over a phone. I definitely will be making the choice of state farm regardless pricing, if I can have service like she provided on just one phone call, I know I'll have a wonderful experience with an insurance company who cares about their drivers as well as the profit from each of us. Thank you again Sam for making me feel home when I was already in the comfort of my own home. State farm all the way💯👌🏿🔥 keep her around please so someone else can have this experience."

"In addition to jacking up our prices because of “excessive litigation” by lawyers (not my problem or fault) he is now dropping my son from his insurance (never had a claim), my 3 step daughters (who have never had an accident) and my wife and I. Why? Because i was the victim of a hit and run, so I have too many claims. Funny, I thought a good neighbor was supposed to be there for you; not take your money and leave when you need them. It’s typical of my interaction with Scotty and Co. it’s never their fault and there’s nothing they can do. Our experience with Scotty has been nothing short of abysmal. He’s a coward who hides behind his employees to do his dirty work and will kiss your child then steal their lollipop. Don't do business here and don't say I didn't warn you when your rates suddenly go up and he blames the lawyers, or politicians, or the parent company; he's got excuse after excuse."

"We have had State Farm for over 20 years. We have dealt with many offices as we have moved for job relocation several times. Scott Cameron’s office has everyone beat. Amazing office. We had a car change due to a family change, and it was important to get a new card right away. Spoke with Katelyn and she had a new card in my email within the hour. Great customer service! Kind and friendly!"

"I have been a State Farm customer for over 17 years. I want to express my deep disappointment regarding the handling of my current case by the agents of this office. As a result, I feel frustrated and concerned about the level of service I have received. I understand that issues can arise, but I expected a higher standard of professionalism and customer care from this insurance company. Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling undervalued as a customer. In February, my daughter contacted the office of Scott Cameron to inquire about reducing our monthly payment on our policy due to a difficult financial situation. My daughter spoke to Agent Michael who offered her a policy with a cheaper monthly payment. Several days later, I personally visited the office and discussed the matter with Michael. He informed me that in order to work with my policy and offer me the accident-free discount, I had to transfer my policy to his office. In February 2024, I transferred my policy from the Christ Hernandez office to Scott Cameron's office to make the relevant changes. After the transfer, I spoke with Michael and Katelyn. They submitted the accident-free discount, which was approved by the underwriter. However, it was not reflected in my policy. They informed me that the underwriter had made a mistake and did not apply the discount. They said they would resubmit the information and I should have answers in 5 days. In April, I had not yet received a response, so I visited the office, and they offered me to make a partial payment while they applied the discount. I decided to pay the full amount instead as they informed me that they were working on the case. In May, I spoke with manager Deborah, and she offered me to make a partial payment again, saying that the underwriter would work on the case from May 23 to May 28. So this time I went ahead and made the partial payment on May 23 for the amount of $200. At the end of May, I went to the offices because my account showed that I had a due payment. I spoke with Katelyn and she informed me not to worry, as that was normal and they had already received a partial payment. To my surprise, the following week I received a cancellation notice letter from State Farm, informing me that my policy was going to be canceled due to an outstanding balance. I showed up to the office with the cancellation letter, and Michael and Katelyn informed me that there was nothing they could do. They said the only option I had was to pay the outstanding balance plus the full payment for the month of June. Furthermore, it is important to note that the only proposed resolution to rectify the issue they have created is the requirement for me to allocate additional funds this month. This situation is not only having a financial impact but is also placing a significant strain on me mentally. I am writing this review because I feel that I have been deceived by State Farm. I feel a lot of pain thinking that for them I am only a number. I feel very sad that they don't care that I've been a customer of theirs for over 17 years. It is very embarrassing the way the agents in Scott Cameron's office have handled this matter. Still today I've been paying the full amount without receiving the promise of a better quote on my policy that I was promised. It is the first time that I have gone through an experience like this with State Farm. It seems to me that I will be forced to look for another company that really values me as a client. I feel compelled to share my experience with this office to caution others from potentially facing similar challenges. My recent interactions with their service agents were highly disappointing and frustrating. As a result, I urge prospective customers to be cautious. The level of service I received fell far short of what I expected. It is my sincere hope that State Farm takes steps to improve their customer service practices to prevent others from undergoing the same difficulties I encountered. Please consider this feedback seriously when making decisions about your insurance provider."

"UPDATE: I have been working with Aidan recently to adjust our premiums and get the best discounts possible. This young man has gone above and beyond for me over and over again and remains friendly and very professional! This agency has outstanding employees. Five + Stars! Shopping for a new car for our teenage daughter and having to get insurance quotes all day. I called our agent and spoke with Faith several times. She was outstanding! Professional and knowledgeable. And super friendly to work with. Made my stressful day much easier."
